Welcome to Kabba Hub ("we", "our", or "us"). Kabba Hub is a digital sports scoring, tournament management, and athlete analytics platform dedicated to the sport of Kabaddi. We provide mobile applications (iOS and Android), web portals, and live scoring services for grassroots clubs, school & college leagues, tournament organizers, players, coaches, and sports enthusiasts.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with international privacy laws, the Google Play Developer Policy, and Apple App Store Review Guidelines. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect, how we handle it, and your rights concerning your personal information.

We collect information that allows us to deliver accurate live sports scoring, compile player statistics, and maintain tournament leaderboards:

• Account & Authentication Data: When you register on Kabba Hub as a player, team manager, scorer, or tournament organizer, we collect your name, email address, phone number, password, and profile avatar.
• Player & Team Profiles: Information entered about Kabaddi athletes, including player name, jersey number, primary playing role (Raider, Left Corner, Right Corner, All-Rounder), date of birth/age category, club/team affiliation, and sports achievements.
• Live Match & Scoring Records: Data recorded during matches, including raid outcomes (Touch points, Bonus, Empty, Do-or-Die raids), tackle outcomes (Catch points, Super Tackles), All-outs (Lona), cards/fouls, substitutions, and match time logs.
• User-Generated Media: Photos or video clips uploaded by organizers or players (e.g., team group photos, tournament posters, match highlight clips, live streaming feeds).
• Device and Technical Information: Operating system version, unique device identifier (IDFV/Android ID), IP address, app crash logs, and performance diagnostics to ensure smooth offline and online score syncing.

To enable key features, the Kabba Hub mobile application may request the following device permissions:

We process collected information to:

• Generate real-time live match scoreboards, raid commentary, and tournament brackets.
• Calculate player career statistics (Total Raids, Successful Raid %, Super 10s, High 5s, Tackle Strike Rates, and MVP points).
• Enable scorers and organizers to manage fixtures, generate official PDF match sheets, and resolve scoring appeals.
• Provide customer support, resolve scorekeeper discrepancies, and maintain fair play.
• Prevent fraudulent accounts, match tampering, or unauthorized tournament claims.

In full accordance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and Google Play Developer Policies, Kabba Hub gives all users full control over their accounts and data:

• In-App Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time directly within the Kabba Hub app by navigating to Settings > Account > Delete Account.
• Web Deletion Request: You can also submit an account and personal data deletion request at any time by emailing us directly at support@kabbahub.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
• Upon verified deletion request, all your personal identifying information (credentials, contact details, personal images) will be permanently purged within thirty (30) days, except where retention is strictly required by applicable law. Public historical match results recorded on behalf of tournaments remain part of the historical sporting record.

Grassroots Kabaddi welcomes youth competitors in sub-junior, junior, and school tournaments. For players under the age of 13 (or 16 depending on local jurisdiction), registrations and tournament rosters must be created by an adult—such as a parent, legal guardian, verified school physical education director, or team coach with proper parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal contact information directly from young children without guardian authorization.

We employ industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to secure your personal data, including TLS encryption in transit, encrypted database storage, strict role-based access control, and routine vulnerability scanning.
