Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you", "user") and Kabba Hub ("Kabba Hub", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the Kabba Hub mobile applications, web platforms, and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately.

To access certain features (such as creating teams, scoring live matches, or organizing tournaments), you must register for an account. By registering:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Minors under the age of majority in their jurisdiction may only participate under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized school/sports coach.

The credibility of grassroots sports relies heavily on honest scoring and fair competition. Kabba Hub enforces strict expectations for our community members:

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Intentional Score Falsification: Deliberately entering fabricated scores, ghost players, fake matches, or manipulated raid/tackle data to inflate player career rankings.
• Match-Fixing & Illegal Betting: Using the Platform to promote illegal betting syndicates or coordinate match manipulation.
• Harassment & Hate Speech: Posting defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or discriminatory comments, team names, or player handles.
• Reverse Engineering & Scraping: Using bots, automated scrapers, or unauthorized APIs to extract Kabba Hub player databases, tournament brackets, or live score feeds without prior written consent.
• Impersonation: Impersonating professional Kabaddi players, teams, or registered league officials.

You retain ownership of any team logos, tournament posters, photos, or live stream footage you upload to the Platform. By uploading content, you grant Kabba Hub a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, broadcast, and distribute this content across our platforms in connection with sports scoring and highlights.

The Kabba Hub platform, its algorithms, user interface, branding, logos, and proprietary scoring software are the exclusive intellectual property of Kabba Hub Technologies.

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY AS IT LIMITS THE LIABILITY OF KABBA HUB.

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 100% scoring precision and reliable uptime, Kabba Hub makes no warranties that live scoring, live streaming broadcasts, or tournament calculations will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kabba Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of tournament revenue, prize money disputes, or personal physical injury occurring during sports matches on the mat.

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and block your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent match recording, or act in a manner detrimental to the integrity of the Kabaddi sporting community.

These Terms and your use of the Platform are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
